SERVICE FEES

• Cancellation / change for domestic air ticket: € 20.00 plus the cancellation / change fee of the airline and the fare difference if any.

• Cancellation / change for an air ticket within the same continent: € 30.00 plus the cancellation / change fee of the airline and the fare difference if any.

• Cancellation / change for air ticket abroad to any destination in the world: € 50.00 plus the cancellation / change fee of the airline and the fare difference if it occurs.

Any change and / or refund is subject to the terms of the airlines and the airline fare rules. Additional charges may apply from airlines. We, as intermediaries, have no influence on the above.

• Cancellation / change for a ferry ticket: € 3.00 plus the cancellation / change fee of the ferry company and the fare difference if any.

• Cancellation for accommodation: € 2.00 plus the provider’s charge if it occurs.

• Cancellation of a reservation for a vehicle: € 2.50 plus the provider’s charge if it arises.

• Refund in case of cancellation if the ticket has not been issued yet: € 35 per passenger.
